Finger Food with fish

A delicious dish option that is not overly elaborate yet at the same time includes carefully created recipes that may even let us revisit a taste of summer. Finger foods can become an ideal dinner or even a light appetizer. This week we propose two fish recipes that feature salmon, an ideal ingredient both for its health benefits and its abundance on the market.

CREAM OF AVOCADO AND SALMON

  • 4 avocados
  • 1 litre vegetable broth
  • 1 dl of cream
  • 8 pieces of smoked salmon
  • salt and pepper

SALMON BIGNES

  • 8 pieces of smoked salmon
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 100g mascarpone
  • 8 empty bignes
  • chives
