The Christmas holidays are over so naturally it’s time to return to better eating habits. But that doesn’t mean renouncing delicious desserts! Luckily, there are diet-friendly desserts that are low in calories; perfect to enjoy one a day.
FRUIT SORBET
Ingredients
– 80 g fresh mango
– 200 ml apple juice
– 100 ml water
The process couldn’t be easier. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into ice cube trays. Insert a toothpick, using aluminium foil to secure it to the edge of the tray so it doesn’t fall to the bottom. Place in freezer until frozen.
AVOCADO PUDDING
Known as one of the highest calorie desserts in Anglo-Saxon cuisine, just a few changes to the ingredients gives you a dessert that is both healthy and delicious.
Ingredients
– 1 ripe avocado
– 25 g bitter cocoa powder
– 42 g di honey
– 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
– 62 ml skimmed or partially skimmed milk
– a few drops of vanilla extract
– a pinch of salt
